There is a measles outbreak at the Orphanage. Wondering if my little guys are sick and thinking how miserable the sick children must be. No popsicles and TV and mom to rock them when they don't feel good.

March 3, 2008: saw a picture of these 2 guys when I googled "children waiting for adoption." : homestudy : securing a home equity loan..."debt free is over-rated" : having every document from my life notarized : translated to French : Mailed 8 lbs of paperwork to Haiti $125 May 19th: dossier in Haiti May 24th: WE MEET THE BOYS!!! in Haiti : Lovekender 18 mo. Erickson 3 yrs June 4th: Erickson's 4th B-day June ?: first legal July 4th: entered IBESR : IBESR (4.5 mo.) Nov. 26th: OUT OF IBESR Dec 14th: Our 2nd trip to Haiti! Dec. : in & out of Parquet (adoption is legal) Dec. : entered MOI : MOI (7 mo) Dec. 16th: signed I600 Dec. 25th: Lovekender's 2nd B-day Jan. 13th: Birthparent interview at Embassy June 4th: Erickson's 5th Birthday July 29th: OUT OF MOI :finished with MOI...waiting for Immigration : director of MOI out of the country.... : a few Haitian holidays :Immigration : Haiti ran out of passport books....?! NOV. 8th: Both boys have PASSPORTS : papers being translated : a bunch of Haitian holidays : mom holding out hope for Christmas DEC 17th: Email from the embassy-visa appts. DEC 22nd: Visa appointments DEC 24th: Pick up visas at the Embassy fly out of Haiti DEC 25th: HOME!!!!! FINALLY!!!!!

Darline had them while I was there and she was so sick from them. I had to send her back for a couple of days they were making her that sick.
